3.2 Pricing and Payment All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout. 3.3 Subscriptions and Trial Offers We offer a monthly subscription service for recurring delivery of our Products at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following in accordance with Utah's guidelines on negative option marketing and FTC requirements:
We will clearly and conspicuously disclose all material terms before you enroll, including the discounted subscription price, recurring charges, delivery schedule, and cancellation policy.
Your subscription will automatically renew monthly, and we will charge the applicable subscription fee to your provided payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To cancel, use the easy cancellation option in your account dashboard (preferred method) or contact us at support@getkrakennutrition.com. We will process cancellations promptly and provide confirmation. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We provide no unreasonable barriers to cancellation and comply with "click-to-cancel" principles where enrollment occurred online.
Failure to comply with these disclosures may violate Utah's Consumer Sales Practices Act.
3.4 Shipping and Delivery We ship Products to addresses in the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
3.5 Returns and Refunds
For direct purchases from getkrakennutrition.com, we offer returns/refunds as follows:
Unopened Products: Full refund (purchase price) within 30 days of delivery/purchase if returned in original, sealed packaging with all labels, seals, UPC, and accessories intact.
Opened/Partially Used Supplements: Case-by-case review within 15 days of delivery/purchase if unsatisfied (e.g., taste, results, tolerance). We may issue full refund, partial refund (prorated), store credit, or exchange. Limited to one per product per household/customer; fully consumed products ineligible.
Non-Returnable Items include: requests outside timeframes, personalized/custom/final-sale items, tampered/damaged/missing packaging products, and third-party purchases (refer to their policies).

You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.
