Important Shipping Information

GetKrakenNutrition.com ships to all 50 states within the US. We do not currently ship internationally. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders ship via USPS, with estimated delivery in 2-5 business days after shipping (actual times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control).

Shipping Charges

NOTE: Due to the recent USPS shipping rate increase that took effect on April 26, 2026, we’ve updated our flat rate shipping cost.

  • Flat Rate Ground (Continental US): $8.99

  • Flat Rate Ground (Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces): $12.99

  • Flat Rate Express: $14.99

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $75*

*To qualify for free shipping, the order subtotal must exceed $75 after discounts (before taxes). Free shipping applies only to the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). This promotion may not apply to oversized items, bulk orders, certain restricted promotions, or specific locations.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipment confirmation email (to the address provided at checkout) with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update and display an estimated arrival date. If you don't receive confirmation emails, check your account settings for correct contact information or contact us at support@getkrakennutrition.com. For the most accurate updates, track directly on the USPS website using your tracking number.

Damages, Delays, or Lost Packages GetKrakenNutrition.com is not responsible or liable for products that are damaged, delayed, or lost during transit by the carrier. For any issues after shipment, please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) directly to file a claim. We recommend inspecting packages upon arrival and reporting any visible damage immediately.

Policy Updates We may update this policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting with a new "Last Updated" date. By continuing to place orders after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
