Our Kraken Guarantee
At Kraken Nutrition, our founding purpose and mission is to provide industry-leading supplements that stand unrivaled in formula innovation, ingredient quality, taste, and real-world value. We're damn proud of what we create—and so confident you'll feel the difference and love our products—that we back every direct purchase with our Kraken Guarantee: Up to 30 days for unopened items and 15 days for opened supplements. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, reach out—we've got your back with a no-hassle resolution.
Eligibility & Timeframe
All return or refund requests must be initiated within the windows below, measured from your delivery date (for online orders) or purchase date (for in-store purchases).
Prior approval from our team is always required—contact us first before shipping anything back.
Unopened Products
Fully unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging (with all labels, seals, UPC codes, and accessories intact) qualify for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Opened / Partially Used Supplements
If you're not satisfied with an opened or partially used supplement (e.g., due to taste, results, or tolerance), you have 15 days from delivery/purchase to request a return.
To prevent misuse, we limit refunds on opened/partially used supplements to one full or partial refund per supplement product per household/customer. Additional requests may be reviewed case-by-case and could be denied.
Each request is reviewed individually. Depending on the remaining product amount and condition, we may issue a full refund (if minimally used), a partial refund (prorated based on usage), store credit, or an exchange.
Fully consumed products do not qualify for any refund, credit, or exchange.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Requests submitted outside the applicable timeframes (30 days for unopened, 15 days for opened supplements).
Personalized, custom-blended, or final-sale items.
Products missing original packaging, with removed/tampered seals/labels/UPC, or damaged due to customer handling/misuse.
Items purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)—refer to their return policies instead.
Shaker Bottles & Accessories
Shaker bottles and similar non-supplement accessories qualify for a full refund only if returned unopened, unused, and in original condition (typically within 30 days, following the same process as unopened products).
Used shaker bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@getkrakennutrition.com (or via website chat) with your order number and reason for the return.
We'll review your request and provide approved return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label only if the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped).
Ship the product back using a trackable method to the address we provide.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund, credit, or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles.
Shipping & Liability Notes
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (defective, damaged, or wrong item—in which case we'll provide a prepaid label).
Kraken Nutrition is not liable for packages lost, damaged, or delayed during original shipping/delivery to you. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims with them.

For defective or incorrect items caused by us: Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund as applicable.
Scope of Policy This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through getkrakennutrition.com. Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers are subject to those sellers' policies, and our Kraken Guarantee does not apply.
